T Harv Eker: Transformational trainings and work. And here’s the thing. This person, this woman, I mean, she’s got it. She’s got the gift. She’s a spiritual healer. She is a true light worker. She is a person who was actually sent here to do work and to heal people in all areas of their life. Here’s the thing about her. She’s one of my teachers. She is a true inspiration. She is, I don’t know how to put this. She is connected. What’s the word you wanna use?

She is one of these people who is like spiritually connected, and I do work with her, I’m gonna do more work with her, and all I can tell you, she does her work rarely. She doesn’t do big seminars all over the place all the time. She used to, but she doesn’t need to do that anymore. She just needs to give back, and literally, if you can work with her in any way, shape or format, if she does have a seminar or a personal coaching or something, it’s a gift. It’s a gift. Thank you! A woman is up here! I love you, too. Especially the guy in the front yelling really loud. Thank you. What an honor to be with thousands and thousands of awakened beings! What an honor! What an honor.

All over the world right now, there are people sleeping, walking through their lives asleep. There are people who will never wake up. There are people who came here to this planet and don’t remember why, and have been spending their whole lives trying to remember what’s wrong, what is missing, what am I doing here?

All over the world, there are people suffering with no hope of understanding the secret for freedom that’s inside. You, my dear ones, are awake. You, my dear ones, have chosen to wake up, and I honor you for that choice, and the world honors you for that choice. Because in our waking up, we are waking up the planet. We are waking up hearts. We are waking up souls. Wakefulness.

In this moment, on this sacred mountain, with this ancient land that we are upon, we come together to awaken. We come together to awaken fully, not partially, yes? Fully. We come together to remember why we are here, why you are here, why you have chosen to come right now at this time on this earth. We come together on this mountain today for love, for the reminder of this moment.

It is only in this moment that joy can be found. Not when you make 10 million dollars. Not when you find your soul mate. Not when your life looks perfect. Not when you lose the weight you think you need to lose. Not when the things happen that you think will make you happy.

Happiness is not an acquisition. It’s a skill. It’s a skill. If you can’t, right now, sitting on this beautiful mountain among your loved ones in this divine reunion that we are a part of, if you can’t feel happy right now, no matter what else is going on in your life, when you get that stuff, you will just have more stuff and still be unhappy.

So this is the moment, while I transmit to you, while you sit here with each other, while you look at the beautiful clouds, Mother Nature who has so cooperated with us to bless us with the most magnificent display as if she dressed up in her best, best, best because she knew the seminar of the century was coming, to say thank you, thank you for bringing blessings to my mountain. Thank you for bringing love to the planet. Thank you for bringing remembrance.

With all of that in this moment, right now, breathe in happiness. Breathe in happiness. You are alive. You are here. You can breathe the air. You can see. You can smell. You can love. You can touch. Touch someone right now. You can touch. You can feel them. All around you, all around you are light workers, healers, divine beings, teachers, transformers.

Everyone sitting on this hill is a teacher, a transformer, an awakener, as much as everybody on this stage. There is no difference between us. None at all. None at all. We are here together in this reunion. In front of you is an awakened being, next to you, behind you.

So I would like to ask you right now to turn to three people, to take your hands, put them in the position of Namaste, I honor the divinity in you, to look at somebody and say, “I am honored to be in your presence.” And they will say it back. And do this with three people. “I am honored,” and bow to them. Honor the god that is within that person now.

When you’re done, close your eyes. Put your hand over your own heart. Some of you are really getting into the honoring back there. When you’re done, put your hands over your own heart and say that to the light that is within you. It lives within you, waiting for your recognition, waiting to give you everything, waiting to remind you of your true nature, waiting to bring you the joy, the love, the peace, the happiness you are looking for, waiting to shower you, to flood you with bliss. Say to that presence, “I am honored to be in your presence.”

And now, silently, feel, imagine, perceive all of the invisible beings who are here with us. You think there are just 4000, 5000 people here? There are tens and tens and tens of thousands of light workers, invisible beings, angels, guides, ancestors, great healers, ascended masters gathered here celebrating us, celebrating you while you celebrate your journey.

They are all around us. Can you feel them? If you can, you will feel chills up and down your body. They are here. They are honoring you. Say to them silently in your heart with no words, “I am honored to be in your presence.” Welcome them.

Yes. And then open your eyes. Honoring! Honoring! Yes, cheer for honoring! This is a sacred day. It is an auspicious day. All days are auspicious. All days are sacred. This day is particularly special. It is the seventh day of the seventh month of the seventh year of a millenium, 7/7/07.

When I was asked to speak here by my wonderful friend and teacher Harv, whom I adore, and I don’t adore all teachers that are out there but I adore Harv, because how can you not adore Harv? Come on! When I was asked to speak, I was originally first told I was speaking on Friday, and I thought, “Too bad, because I really would love to speak on 7/7/07.” Why? Because I understood the meaning of it.

The number seven is sacred in all traditions. In the oldest language in the world, Sanskrit, the number seven is a word called sapta. S-A-P-T-A, sapta. Sapta means continuous wholeness. Sometimes in India, if you visit there, they’ll have a chant, and it’s a sapta and it goes on and on and on and on until you think you can’t go on anymore, and then it goes on and on. Sapta. Bringing things back to wholeness, the circle.

Seven is very powerful. Seven has been chosen. There are seven days in the week, and the seventh day, of course, is the sacred day. There are seven colors in the color spectrum. Have you ever thought about this? There are seven notes in the musical scale. There are seven energy systems, energy centers in the body, chakras as they say in the East. Actually, there are six and the top one is the seventh, and that is awakening, wholeness, liberation.

Four plus three equals seven. Four times three equals 12. Twelve is the number of the months. Our time has been divided up by our ancestors. Twelve is the signs of the zodiac. Can you see how powerful seven is? Seven, seven and seven, triple seven, is a day of harmonic shifting, a vibrational shift on the planet.

It is no accident that they’ve chosen to have that wonderful, wonderful event all around the world today. It is no accident that we are here today, it is no accident that you chose to be here, and it is no accident that I am speaking today either, because I was born on the seventh day.

My life has been about wholeness, about completion, and my work is that, and that is also my commitment to all of you, so many of who have already studied with me, those of you who will in the future, those of you who came here this weekend just because you and I had an appointment, and you are waiting for something I will say to you that you needed to hear, those of you who know that our appointment is more personal, that you are meant to study with me for a while, and those of you who never will but we have this time together.

This is an opportunity today to shift. I want to invite you to not just sit and receive and let the amazing speakers do the work. I want to invite you not to sit and wait for somebody to enlighten you, wait for somebody to hit you over the head with something today. I want to invite you not to sit back passively, but to make a decision inside yourself right now that you are ready for a shift, that you are ready for a powerful shift.

And by shift I don’t mean rearranging the furniture. I’m talking about a total remodel. By shift I don’t mean a new idea, a new concept. I mean a radical shift into more love, more passion, more wakefulness, more consciousness, more service, more you. Who’s ready to shift into more you right now? Right now?

Turn to someone next to you and say, “I am making my shift right now!”

Yes! May it be so. There are times in our lives when we are ripe for awakening. There are times in our lives when everything has brought us to a place. We have an appointment. Did you know you had an appointment here today?

Thank you for keeping it. I’m so glad you showed up. I’m so glad I had an appointment with you. And this time on the planet is a time when you have an appointment with something, and my work is about reminding you of that, that it is time to come out of the closet, for those of you who haven’t done it yet. It is time for you to reveal yourself as who you really are. It is time for you to stop playing small. It’s time for you to stop pretending you’re not loving yourself. It’s time for you to do whatever it takes to show up as the teacher, the healer, the being you are meant to be because the world needs you.

Not in a year. Not when you think you’re ready. Not when your kids finally go to school. Not when you finally find your partner. Not when you finally fix your debt. Not when you finally get yourself together. All the reasons you tell yourself this isn’t your time, they’re just reasons. They’re just reasons, because it is absolutely your time now. Not in the future, but right now. That's what today is about.

There's a word in Sanskrit called bodhicitta. Bodhicitta means “suddenly the thought of awakening, suddenly the thought of liberation, dawns on a soul.” In all of your lifetimes if you believe that, at some point all of a sudden, you start asking yourself the questions: Who am I? What am I doing here? Am I living as the person I was meant to be? Am I giving as much as I can? Am I loving as much as I can? Am I remembering who I am? Am I content to suffer and still be ignorant anymore? Am I content to live to with the limitations anymore? Why do I tolerate these stories I tell myself over and over again?

It’s time to make your vision bigger than your story, alright? You all know what your story is? It doesn’t matter, because something greater is needed than that, and that's what this moment is about for you. I am here for one reason today, and one reason only. No matter what else happens. If lots of people work with me, if no one signs up, if no one buys books, it doesn’t matter.

I’m here for one reason and I’m really clear on that. To remind you, wake up. Seize this moment for awakening. Seize this moment not just today and tomorrow, not just when Harv and all of us are here reminding you and telling you to cheer. Every day of your lives. Wake up, stay awake, don’t go back to sleep, because you are needed.

You have an assignment. Do you know you have an assignment? You have an assignment, and I am not talking about big or small. It doesn’t matter what it is. Some of you come here and actually use what happens to disqualify yourselves even more.

“Well, I could never do what Mark Victor Hansen did, so…” “I’m just selling real estate. What can I do?” “Well, I can never be Harv, so why should I even go into coaching?” “Well, I could never be whomever.” Or “I could never make that much.” Or “I could never affect that many people.”

It doesn’t matter. You, my dear ones, every single one of you in this room, over on that hill in the beautiful shade, all the way in the back, sitting over in the tents, every one of you has students waiting for you right now. They are waiting for you. They’re waiting for you to show up.

Haven’t you waited for your teachers to show up? Aren’t you glad they did? Aren’t you glad that Harv showed up for you? In that same way, there is somebody, somewhere, waiting for you right now. For you. You have your people assigned to you, your people you are supposed to help, inspire, love, uplift, even if it’s just by your presence. They’re waiting for you. This is your time.

This is your time. How many of you can feel something that's been building, it feels like your time has come? How many of you have been feeling what I call the divine discomfort? Do you know what that is? What is the divine discomfort? It’s when you feel antsy in your own life. It’s when you feel restless. It’s when you feel, “I’m supposed to be doing something but I’m not maybe sure what it is.” Or, “I know what it is, but it’s not quite happening yet. Why isn’t everything happening yet?”

I see people smiling. You recognize what I’m saying is true. The divine discomfort is when you are about to be born into a new life. Some of you are mistaking your divine discomfort thinking you’re depressed, thinking that you’re in a bad time, thinking you’ve been lazy, thinking that you’ve been sabotaging yourself. You’re not recognizing what’s happening.

When you give birth, in those days and weeks and months right before, you are uncomfortable, aren’t you? You’re like, “I wish the baby would come out already.” You, my dear ones, are giving birth to yourself. Some of you are just not quite ready. Things are cooking. You are cooking. Not just in the sun right here. You’re cooking.

You’re on the stove, the cosmic stove, and God is cooking you. How many of you feel like you’ve been cooking? How many of your lives look like there's been a lot of cooking going on? A lot of things boiling, a lot of junk coming to the top? You are being prepared. You are being prepared to serve, to teach, to heal, to love in your own way, in your own world, in your own time. That's what the divine discomfort is.

This is your time. When something whispers to you, “Aren’t I supposed to be doing something more?” How many of you have had that thought? Aren’t I supposed to be doing something? Aren’t I supposed to be maybe teaching? But I’m not a teacher. Who’s had that thought? Aren’t I supposed to be helping more? But I don’t really have time. How am I supposed to do that?

This is not a random thought. This is not your ego. This is an alarm clock that has gone off inside of you. There are moments in your life when an inner alarm clock goes off, and you know what it says? Now. It says, “Now.” And no matter what you say back, if you push the snooze button, what happens? It says, “No, now.”

This morning, my room was right up there, I went to bed very, very late because I was meditating and working on being able to give to you what I’m here to give to you. And at 5:30 in the morning, the light next to my bed went on. It just went on. Now, it’s not a light that has a plug and it’s loose. You have to actually twist it. And the light went on.

And I thought, “What the hell? Who turned on the light?” And I started to laugh. Because my entire talk is about turning on the light. My entire talk is about something waking you up even when you think you still just want to sleep a little bit more.

Can I just have another few years to kind of go through my life easily? Do I have to really do anything now? Can’t I just kind of wait? I am telling you that the answer is, “No, you cannot.” No, you cannot. The light has gone on. You are here on 7/7/07. No accident. This is your time. This is your time.

I would like you all to stand up, please. Stand up. It’ll be good for you. Stand up. Close your eyes. Feel your feet planted in the earth. Feel the power, the red energy that comes from the earth, the red light coming into your feet, into your body. Breathe in that energy. Ground yourself. Feel from above you, from the heavens, from the spheres of the celestial light, and imagine it pouring in the top of your head, pouring in like a shower, light coming in from the top, red energy coming from the earth.

Feel it meeting in the middle of you. Breathe in and say this silently to yourself. “My time is now, and I am ready.” Say it to yourself. Breathe it in. Proclaim it. “My time is now, and I am ready.” Open your eyes. We’re gonna say this all together. This is huge. We are announcing something. This is not just something you say in a seminar. It’s not a gimmick. It’s not to get you to say something and feel energized.

This is a proclamation. It is an invitation. Who are you saying this to? You are saying it to all the helpers so they’re gonna come in and help you do your work. You are saying it to all the obstacles that they are on notice that they should leave now. You are saying it to yourself, a reminder that this is the time you’ve been hoping for.

Are you ready? On the count of three, here, today, seminar of the century, we’re gonna do, “My time is now, and I am ready,” so that it can be heard throughout the universe. Are you ready? One, two, three! “My time is now, and I am ready!” Three other people, say it to three other people, quick, quick, quick!

Whoo! Give yourselves a hand! Yes! Thank you! Take your seats again. If you find me or any of my staff or go up to any of the booths where your registration is, I made cards for all of you. It says, “My time is now, and I am ready!” It is a reminder. It is your new business card. Make sure to look at it often. Don’t forget what it tells you because it is an announcement of something that is happening to you.

My time with you today is not about information. It is about transmission. Transmission is an energetic offering to you. Transmission is what I do, as Harv so gracefully said. Transmitting what? Remembrance, love, wakefulness, something that vibrates with something inside of you that recognizes itself. Transmission. And of course, all great teachers are transmitters, aren’t they? All great gurus are transmitters. All great beings are transmitters.

Everything Harv read about me is true, but it has nothing to do with who I am. Those are what I’ve done. That's not who I am. One’s bio are the things you’ve done. I’ve met some people with great bios, but who they are is another story. No one here, of course. Who am I? Why am I here? Why do I do what I do? My purpose is to usher people through these moments of transformation and wakefulness in their lives.

A few months ago, one of my students, actually somebody who had signed up to work with me at a Wealth and Wisdom a few years ago that Harv so nicely invited me to, she wrote me an email and she said, “I’ve always wondered where your name came from because you’re not Italian. I figured it was from someone you married, of the many.” And she said, “I finally figured it out.”

She said, “I was taught when I went to church that angels usher you through invisible places. They usher you from one place to another when you’re scared, when you’re not sure where to go, when there’s no map, when there are no signs. That's what I was told happens. That's what our angels are.” And she said, “It’s so perfect that you have that name of the angels, because you ushered me from one place to another through a path I would have never known was there.”

I loved what she said. It was beautiful. I honored what she said, because it is what I am here to do. There are times in our life when we need to shift, and we need to shift in particular ways. And that's been the joy of my work as it has evolved. I did not start out doing this. I started out teaching about love and sex and relationships, as many of you know.

So many of you came up to me at the VIP receptions that, “I’ve read your books, I’ve given them to everybody!” Thank you! That was so sweet of you. It was so lovely to hear that. But that was another lifetime for me. Something happened along the way of my own spiritual journey of now 40 years, very intense spiritual journey.

I had the wonderful privilege of achieving everything I wanted and then deciding to let it go. I’d gotten all my number one New York Times bestsellers. I’d had this huge award-winning television infomercial. I’d really reached everything that I could possibly have imagined, things I thought would make me happy. I had fame. I had money. I had a beautiful mansion on a hill.

And one day, it became apparent to me that none of it had anything to do truly with who I was, and that I needed to take a different journey and find out who I was without those things. This is completely against conventional wisdom, isn’t it? When you are at the top, what do you do? You work hard to stay there, right? When you have a bestseller, you work hard to get the next one immediately. I did that four times. That was enough.

When you have a certain level of success, you work hard to keep it. But there was something I knew I needed to understand and I needed to find out about myself, and so I did what is the opposite of a lot of what we’ve been talking about here. We’ve been talking a lot about acquisition. How do I acquire more? How do I acquire more money, more success, more opportunity, more ability to influence people?

Nothing wrong with any of it. I was great at acquisition. I realized that what I needed to do was the opposite: Letting go. Letting go, letting go. Release. Letting go. Think about your own life. Is it one of the greatest moments in your life not when you acquired something but when you let go of something or someone or some feeling? When you forgave? When you released? When you loved yourself anyway?

Letting go is an amazing practice of humility. When you let go of what you think you are and who you think you are, what happens? You are left with yourself. And when you are left with yourself, you are left with something that nothing and no one, my dear ones, can ever take away from you. No one can take it away from you.

I needed to come out of the closet because I had been hiding the fact that for years I had the ability to help people shift in a very alchemical way. I had the ability to bring an energy that shifted people. But I couldn’t talk about it because I was a bestselling relationship/sex author, all of that.

And when my agent called me, my literary agent, and said, “Barbara, what’s your next book? Come on, write another book on sex. It’ll really sell like your other books on sex.” And I said, “I don’t wanna write a book on sex.” He said, “But they’ll pay you this much.” I said, “I don’t care. I don’t care. That's not who I am anymore. It’s not what I’m supposed to be doing. I’m supposed to be doing something different.”

This was a terrifying thing for me to say, but I was learning something in the process that was very, very important. In India, when they have ceremonies of purification, they do it around a fire, and it’s called a yagya. It’s a special sacrificial fire. The priests sit around this very hot fire pouring ghee, pouring spices, throwing logs on it to get higher and higher, hotter and hotter, when it’s already 110 degrees outside.

And the people involved in this ceremony are invited to sit as close to the fire as they can stand in order to get the benefit, to offer everything they do not need. Let me offer my suffering. Let me offer my attachment to anger. Let me offer my guilt. Let me offer my ego. Let me offer my resentment towards other people. Let me offer and offer and offer.

We all in our lives have a fire of transformation that we can see. You are all around it right now because you are here. I decided to sit as close to the fire as I could get without totally burning up, so I could emerge more powerful, more able to serve. And that’s what I did. I didn’t even think of it as courageous. I had to do it.

Why am I sharing this? I am not important here today. You are important, and I know that many of you right now have your own fire ceremony going on in your life. Am I right? You’re on things that are burning up. You’re on things inviting you to release them. Things you know you need to let go of.

How many of you know you have something you need to let go of? Raise your hands. Throw it in the fire. Offer it in the fire. How close are you to the center of the fire? Are you on the edge? Are you watching everybody else? Get closer. Get closer. Just ask to get closer and it will happen, and in the process, the things you do not need will be released from you. It’s what I call “letting go.”

This is the joint venture I’m inviting you into with me. A lot of people will go to this. I give seminars, lectures all the time at these big success seminars, never on the same topic as everyone else. And so many people are offering people different ventures and opportunities. I’m offering you an opportunity to go into business with me. What’s the business? It’s the Love Business. The Love Business. How many of you would like to go into the Love Business?

See, I don’t care what business you think you’re in. You might think you’re in real estate, you might think you’re in sales, you might think you’re in construction, training, but you are in the Love Business. What is it that you’re ever really selling? What is it you’re ever really offering anybody? What is it that anyone ever really wants from you? What is it they’re attracted to? It is that which I’m talking about, that which is inside of you.

This has been my secret. When I started out, there were no trainings. I started the trainings. There were no seminars. There were no opportunities to learn to do this kind of work in this way. I didn’t have plans. I didn’t have any of that. How did I succeed anyway? Love.

Love is my secret business weapon. Love. Love. Passion. Juice. Juice, because I am juicy. I am juicy and you are juicy. Turn to someone and say, “I am juicy.” What makes you juicy? Somebody yelled Harv. No. What Harv does is remind you how to make yourself juicy. That's what a teacher does.

I wrote in one of my books that the true role of a teacher is not to take you somewhere but to help you pay attention to where you already are. Correct? Yes. To open you to where you already are. Right in this moment, to open you to where you are. How do you get that juiciness? How do you get that thing that people want that will make you magnetic, charismatic, to people?

I have a series called Charisma Coaching and it’s not about how you behave, it’s about who you are inside, what makes you charismatic to other people, what makes you juicy. I’m gonna tell you the secret I have used in business, I have used in every part of my life. This can change everything for you. Are you ready? Say yes. Are you ready?

Most people, in business, in a relationship, in any interaction, are thinking one thing. What can I get from you? What can I get from you? What am I gonna get out of this? Am I gonna make a sale? What am I going to get? I have a completely different way of dealing with everything, and it has been the total key to my success. What can I give to you? What can I give to you? Turn to someone next to you and feel how it feels to say, “What can I give to you?” Say, “What can I give to you?” It softens everything. What can I give to you?

I had a woman come to work with me. She was very successful, but she had reached what I call a success barrier. A success barrier is when you’ve gotten to a certain place, you have a certain kind of success, and you can’t seem to get beyond it. And she couldn’t understand why she was at that success barrier.

I watched her present. I watched her offer things to people. I watched her talk. And I said, “I can tell you exactly where you’re stuck. Because the whole time you’re talking, what you’re feeling is, ‘What am I gonna get from this? What am I gonna get at the end? Who’s gonna sign up? Who’s gonna work with me?’” You can feel it.

And I said, “Come watch me. Come watch what I do.” Because she came to me because she heard I was wildly successful doing this kind of work, except I don’t talk about making money. I don’t talk about specific ways to get successful. Nonetheless, I was incredibly successful at it. So she couldn’t understand what I was doing.

And she kept saying, “Just help me. What’s your clothes? Give me the secret for your clothes? Tell me what you do. What are the tricks? What are the words you say?” And I kept saying, “I don’t have clothes. I don’t have any tricks. Just come watch me.” So she came, and she watched me. There were about a thousand people in the audience.

And she said, “Well, how are you feeling? You nervous?” I said, “No, because I am going to have an outrageously successful event.” And she said, “Because you already put your intention of exactly what your sales are?” I said, “No, because I am going to do my job a hundred percent and that will fulfill me.”

And what is that job? I’m here to love people. I’m here to love them. I’m here to give to them. I’m here to uplift them. If I do that, I will walk away feeling successful. Some people will sign up to work with me, some won’t. It doesn’t matter, because I’m not here on this planet, my dear ones, and this may be sacrilegious to say in this crowd but I will say it, I am not here on this planet to make money.

I am here to touch people and uplift them. I am not here to count how much I have. I am here to serve. Just like you, I have a bundle, and I call it a bundle of energy that I am supposed to give out. We all come in with a bundle of things we are supposed to offer people. Love, inspiration, upliftment.

It’s kind of like going on your assignment to earth and you’re given a package, and you’re told, “Get rid of the package. Whatever you do, don’t come back with this package. Give it out. Get rid of the love, get rid of the inspiration, get rid of the support, just get rid of it all. Give it away.”

So my job, and I got this at an early age, was to walk around trying to get rid of it, because I don’t want to show up at the end of my life saying, “Well, you see, I was going through a hard time and so I really couldn’t offer to anybody,” or, “Well, you see, I have to work on trying to buy a house, and so I really…” Forget it. I want to finish my life empty-handed and full-hearted. Empty-handed and full-hearted.

Some of you may not like this idea. I don’t care, because other people do and they get it, and maybe you can think about it and get it, too. What can I give to you? What can I give to you? Can you imagine if everyone woke up every day and that's what they were thinking?

And let me tell you a secret. When you go into any business situation feeling, “What can I give to you? What can I offer you?” You will get back a thousand more times of everything than when you’re there, “What am I gonna get? What am I gonna get? What am I gonna get?” Just give it away. Give. Love. Offer. Uplift.

Some people, even when you’re saying, “I wanna give to you,” are thinking, “What am I gonna get? What am I gonna get?” And you can feel that energy. People can feel the energy in you. They can feel it. They can feel it and they don’t respond to it, because we respond to that one thing always, which is love.

Ultimately, you, you, you, you are your own product. You are it. It doesn’t matter what other business you’re in, you’re it. And that's what my message is to you today. I don’t care how many great systems you buy, and there are great systems that are being offered here and you should buy them. You should get everything.

I was talking on the phone to, I think it was Jack Canfield, once, who is a dear old friend of mine, and we were talking about how much we’ve spent on personal growth in our lives. It was really amazing. I know some of you have already done this. And I added up how much I had spent on spiritual growth and personal growth in my lifetime. It was over 200,000 dollars.

I’ve gotten back 20 times that, and I never counted. I call it investing in your enlightenment, yes? That's exactly what you’re doing. There's nothing better you can invest in than your own enlightenment. But ultimately, you, you are what? You are selling.

Let me give you a statistic. It’s the only one I’m gonna give you. When people meet you for the first time, when you talk to them, even on the phone, only 7% of what they feel about you comes from your words. Seven percent. Thirty-eight percent comes from the inflection, your tone. And the rest, 58%, this is really amazing, comes from things that have nothing to do with anything you’re saying or even how you sound. They call it nonverbal, but even on the phone you feel it. In California we call it your vibes.

What does this mean? Think about how much time you spent on that 7%? Most of the time, right? “I wanna present myself correctly, I wanna do a great speech, I wanna go in and do a good sell.” The 7% is not your problem. It’s the 58%. It’s what people feel. It’s who you are. It’s who uses the system.

I started having people coming to me who had done every great business system and were wondering why they weren’t doing as well as somebody else. I had actually somebody who was a twin, an identical twin, come to me a few months ago, and he had signed up for the same real estate system as his brother. And his brother had made a fortune. And he had done the same things, and he hadn’t. He couldn’t understand why.

I explained to him that for every system, there is someone using it. Who’s using the system? Who’s thinking the thoughts? Who’s living your life? Who is the person inside? That is where my work is. That's what I invite you to contemplate along with all the other amazing things you’re doing, the cream of the crop.

Make sure that you, the you within, is truly shifted energetically, or you will end up sabotaging yourself. And this is what I see so often. It’s really easy to look at a list of things to do and to try to do them rather than to face yourself. It’s much easier to think you can plug yourself into something and it’s going to make you rich or successful rather than look at yourself. What is it within me that might be blocking me? What is it within me that might be blocking me?

I was interviewed by the Toastmasters International for this award I got. I don’t even belong to Toastmasters. And they interviewed me and they were asking me all these things like, well, “How do you structure your speeches?” and “What are your hooks?” and “Do you get nervous?” and “What are your speaking secrets?”

And every answer I gave them, they just didn’t know what to do with, because I said, “Basically, I’m not speaking. I’m just radiating. I’m just loving people. I’m just vibrating. It doesn’t matter what happens. My earring can fall off. My notes can fly all over the place. It doesn’t matter. It’s transmission. That's what makes a great speaker. Transmission.”

One of my courses I gave is called Successful Speaking from the Inside Out. It’s about shifting in the inside and seeing what happens. I just got an email from one of my students who wanted to be a successful… Oh, there she is! Barbara! Yaay!

Barbara emailed me and told me that she had been very nervous about being a speaker. She had been feeling a lot of insecurity, a lot of fear, and she took successful speaking with me. She’d signed up for one of my ultimate packages, and she went and absolutely blew the roof off of actually Toastmasters, right?

And I did not teach her any speaking techniques, right? I didn’t teach her one speaking technique. I taught her a different technique so that she was a different person when she showed up, so the person speaking the words was vibrating at a different level. So that person was pulling in all the energies that are there for us. I love getting emails like that. I love helping people. Yes. Thank you for acknowledging, Barbara.

One of the most important things I want to share with you, and please hear this, is that nobody, nobody, nobody on this hill, on this stage, on this planet, is more powerful than you. Nobody is more powerful than you. We are all equally powerful. We have all been given equally that connection to the great source.

It’s not that some of you have one connection, some of you have less of a connection, some of you when they were giving out a connection were in the bathroom in heaven and then came out and they were all gone and it’s too late. There is no drop of water that is more wet than another. All of us, all of us, all of you, each of you, have unbelievable power. The question is what are you doing with it?

The great Carlos Castaneda, the great mystic and seer and writer, said, “We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong, but the amount of work is the same.” Isn’t that fantastic? We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong, but the amount of work is the same. What does he mean?

You have the big power. The question is, what are you doing with it? Do you use it unconsciously to hold yourself back? Do you use it to sabotage yourself? Do you use it to push people away? Do you use it to disqualify yourself? What are you doing with it? This is a fantastic question worth consideration. What do I do with my power from moment to moment to moment?

There is nothing holding you back from total greatness except for you. That's the good news. Doesn’t matter what you think it is. It doesn’t matter what you tell yourself it is. Christopher Reeve, the late actor and activist, right before he died, said, “Most people have the full use of their arms and their legs, and yet they are more paralyzed than I am.” Isn’t that an amazing quote? Most people have the full use and yet they’re holding themselves back.

There is nothing missing inside of you. I really want you to hear this. Some of you think there's something missing. I can’t be blank because I’m not blank. You can fill it in in your mind right now, right? I can’t do this because I’m a full-time mother. I can’t be a speaker. I’m not charismatic. I can’t make a difference in life because I have problems. I can’t do something that really matters because look at all the things I’ve done in my past.

Nothing is missing inside of you. Close your eyes for a moment and just say to yourself, “Nothing is missing in me. Nothing is missing in me.” Affirm it to yourself. Thank you. Nothing is missing in me. Turn to someone else and say it. Say, “Hey, nothing’s missing in me. Nothing.” Nothing.

It is not something that's missing that's the problem. It’s stuff that’s there that shouldn’t be. And this is again the work that I do. What are you carrying around with you that isn’t working, that is in your way? When I do my breakthrough seminar, which I know a lot of you have been to, yes you can cheer. The whole thing is so simple, because I don’t teach anybody anything. I help them get rid of stuff, to get rid of stuff, get rid of stuff. There are so many things that block us.

I have a saying, “Our pictures are our prisons.” Our pictures are our prisons. We see the world through the lens of our issues. Isn’t that a scary thought? We see the world through the lens of our issues, so we interpret events wrong. We get feedback incorrectly. We don’t get what’s really going on.

What’s the solution? Get rid of the issues. Get rid of the issues. Figure out what they are. Release them. It doesn’t even take that much work. How many of you know you have issues? How many of you are sick of the issues? How many of you are so familiar with them you could describe them as an expert?

See, some people think personal growth, real personal development, is becoming an expert on your issues. That is not what it’s about. I know people and they say, “Oh, I’ve done this, this and this,” and they describe their issues in detail. Are they still running your life?

I was at the airport recently, of course I always am, and I got a baggage cart to put my bags on to get ready to go out to the car. And I put the bags on the baggage cart and I started wheeling it, and the baggage cart was defective. And one of the wheels was frozen so that when I wheeled the cart it would go in a circle, so I couldn’t go forward.

So I was wheeling the cart around like this, and I started laughing. And I thought, “Here we are. This is life, isn’t it?” This is life. Our wheels get stuck and we start going around in circles instead of being able to go forward. I tried everything I could to unstick the wheel. I finally had to pull the cart behind me in circles to get to the car. I took a long time.

Of course, I wasn’t resentful because I knew it was a perfect story and I would be able to use it, and I was grateful that it happened to me and I thanked the defective cart for its retarded wheel because it helped me see how much of the time we, instead of going, “Something’s wrong with the cart,” we get used to wheeling our thing in circles. We get used to doing strange things to get through our life and navigate through because you don’t wanna actually say, “Where’s the wheel that needs fixing? Where’s the wheel that needs fixing?”

Where’s your wheel that needs fixing? Without judgment, without disqualifying yourself in love, where’s the wheel that needs fixing? What needs to be adjusted? These are questions of the real seeker. These are questions of the true seeker. Making your vision bigger than your story. Making your clarity bigger than whatever it is that's holding you back. This is called the principle of the second element in metaphysics.

I wanna share this principle with you. All the principles that I teach my students and then I live myself, they’re all metaphysical principles. I’ve been a very serious student of the spiritual path for a long, long time. The principle of the second element says when there is darkness, you do not get rid of it by fighting the darkness, cursing the darkness, analyzing the darkness. What do you do? Bring in the light. Say it. Bring in the light!

Inside of you, you have fear, you have insecurity. You have concerns. You have issues. The way to really rise above them is to bring in the light, to bring in something else, to bring in a connection to yourself that goes beyond whatever your issues are.

I have issues standing here right now, and I transcend them to do my work. My issues do not disqualify me. Your issues do not disqualify you. How many of you have been disqualifying yourself for some reason, silently, secretly? Release it. Throw it into the fire right now. Let today be the last day you disqualify yourself. I don’t care what you’ve done, who you are, what your life looks like. It doesn’t matter.

You know what qualifies you? Your vision. Do you know what qualifies you? Your desire. Do you know what qualifies you? Your love. You are qualified to serve. You are qualified to teach. You are qualified to heal. You are qualified to do your assignment. This is your time, right now, and it doesn’t matter what else is in the way. It doesn’t matter what you’ve been telling yourself.

Except some of you have not been using the principle of love to move yourself forward. This morning, I was listening to the staff warming up and doing this fantastic chant that they did about serving everybody. It was the Harv Eker chant. It was absolutely wonderful. And I know the things you all do in your seminars. Let me ask you: Do you love yourself like that? How do you talk to yourself? How do you motivate yourself?

We have two choices in the world, always, in each moment: Fear or love. Some of you have been trying to scare yourselves forward, and it will not work. Scare yourselves forward. Push yourselves forward. Beat yourself up to go forward. It is a tactic. It will work temporarily. But it is not the way to truly ascend.

I have a saying. I promise my students I’d do it with them. “Love yourself forward.” How many of you have children? God bless them. When you have a little child who is learning to walk, and it’s falling down and it’s unsure, and it takes a step, just one little step, and it’s lying on the ground looking at you, not quite sure what happened, it was its first step, what do you do?

“You took a step! Fantastic! I’m so proud of you!” What if that little child took a step and you sat there and you said, “Big deal! One step. So what? You fell down right away. That's nothing. That kid down the street just took 20 steps. When you can run back and forth 10 times I’ll be excited, but not until then.”

When your child’s learning to talk and it says something kind of unintelligible but it’s supposed to be a word, you get so excited. “You said my name!” And it thinks, “I did? I thought I was burping.” But it really, really feels like it said something, and so you promise it that you will honor that moment, and it learns to speak. What if every time it tried to talk, you said, “Excuse me? Excuse me? That was just completely inarticulate. You sounded like an idiot. Unless you can get it out, just don’t talk for a while.”

How do you speak to yourself when you take your steps? How do you speak to yourself when you are learning how to share? How do you speak to yourself about the progress you have been making? Some of you have come here and used this incredible environment to feel bad about yourself. “I’m not doing as well as her. Oh my God, I heard what she’s doing. She was at my last seminar. She’s doing so much better than me. Oh my gosh, listen to that person at the stage. I can’t do that.”

Love yourselves forward. Love yourselves forward. Love yourselves forward. If there's nothing else you hear, love yourselves forward. Your inner being will thrive on that love, will thrive on it. And love other people forward as well. Love is a magical amazing ability that we all have that makes amazing, amazing difference.

There's a wonderful saying by famous person/poet, Kabir, and he says, “The winds of grace are always blowing, but it is you who must raise yourselves.” The winds of grace are always blowing, but it is you who must raise yourselves. What does that mean? It means, my dear ones, you will be helped in what you are supposed to do. You will be helped.

See, some of you are waiting for a sign from the universe, you know? “I need a sign from the universe, and then I’ll blank,” right? “Start my new business, become a trainer, sign up for something, go be a teacher, whatever it is, decide to have another relationship. I’m just waiting for some sign. I’m waiting to know it’s gonna be okay.”

You’re really not waiting for a sign. You’re waiting for a contract. You’re waiting for a contract, a map with a timetable, a promise from God. If you do this, everything will be fine. What if the universe is waiting for you? Think about that. What if the universe is waiting for you? What if all the support, the opportunities, the karmic connections, the magical moments of meeting, what if it’s all waiting for you because you are holding back?

Take your step. Take your step. Take your step. I call it The Pathless Path. You don’t have to see the second step and the third step and the fourth step and the fifth step. Take one step, the universe will guide you, will direct you. Raise yourselves.

The winds, the beautiful winds we can feel right now, the winds of grace, will fill them. The right people will come. Haven’t your teachers always shown up at the right time? Haven’t they? And they will. But you need to raise yourselves, whatever that means. Raise yourselves higher than they are. Raise yourselves wider than they are.

You heard Harv say my work focused mostly for many, many years on being on television a lot, doing book tours a lot, writing books, and working with very big groups, and not working a lot one-on-one. It got to a point where it became very time consuming, and because I had a huge organization to support, I needed a huge income, and when you need a huge income you need to do huge things.

One-on-one work tends to vanish. It’s the first thing that goes. People would beg me, “Please, can you take on clients to mentor? Please, can you do the small, intimate seminars you used to do?” And I said, “I can’t. I would love to but I don’t have time.”

Several years ago, when I was in my period of rebirth myself, I got a very clear message that I wasn’t supposed to go out and try to do the huge things like I used to do in the way I did them. Every week I would get an offer to do a television show and I was turning them down, and I couldn’t understand why. I thought, “Why am I turning these things down?”

They didn’t feel right to me. And then, suddenly, I got it. I got it that there were people who were ready to cross their threshold, and my assignment was to help them make that journey. I’m not talking about the threshold to the other world. I’m talking about the threshold in this world, the Threshold of Awakening. There are people ready to come out of the closet, and I need to be there to help them understand what was happening to them. And that is when I began to do the work that I’m doing now.

Everybody thought I was crazy. Crazy. You spend years building up the things that I built up. I didn’t care, and I still don’t. I still don’t because of a Barbara Wheeler or because of the Wrights or any of you other fantastic people in here, all of my students who I’ve worked with. I didn’t care because my assignment was clear to me.

So, I am so excited to tell you about what I do. It’s not for everybody, but it’s for somebody. Some of you came here just for this. How many of you already heard something you needed to hear? Raise your hands if you heard something. Thank you. Thank you. And I am so happy. I would love to invite any of you who would like to take the next part of your journey with me. It would be my honor to support you, be my honor to help you. It is my highest joy. Nothing gives me greater pleasure.

I have no use anymore for the kind of fame or anything that I had. It may happen again. I may get a TV show that I want and do it. It doesn’t even matter to me. What matters to me is that I do what I’m here to do just like what matters to you right now is that you do what you’re here to do.

Before I do something that I would like you all to participate in to end, I just wanna say that I wanna dedicate this gathering for me and my offering to you here to my mother. My mother was just told that she’s about to die very quickly, as a total shock, and she has very serious terminal cancer and it’s very aggressive. My mother taught me what the love business is about. Her name is Phyllis.

When there were horrible, horrible experiences in my childhood, she loved me unconditionally. I didn’t fly home right away to see her because I had promised to come here, and I knew she would want me to come here. I told her about this, and I was trying to explain it. She’s not into any of this, so she couldn’t quite grasp it. But she told me how proud she was of me.

And I know because she never had money, her life was not fancy, everything she had practically I gave her, but she is going to leave this earth a rich woman because she has so much love in her heart because she lived every minute of it. She loved my stepfather, and they were in love until he died. The day he died, she embraced him on the bed and I helped him transition.

She has emptied her bundle, there's nothing left, and so she can go. And so I honor her and anyone in your lives who has taught you love, has been your love teacher. And to complete, I want to send out seven blessings to the world all together. Would you do that with me?

Seven blessings because this is 7/7/07, and we have the power here, not just to think about ourselves, not just to think about helping the world when we get back, right now, right here in this moment, we have the power.

So would you please stand up? Wherever you are, just stop for a moment. This is the real point of my entire presentation. Nothing else really matters but this. I’m gonna ask you to close your eyes, please. I’m gonna have you participate with me in sending out seven blessings right now.

And yes, you can feel nature responding immediately, kissing you with wind. Our first blessing is to the earth, the earth that supports us, the earth that feeds us, the earth that allows us to have this journey, the earth that unconditionally is committed to us in spite of anything we do back, our earth that needs our love so it can be healed whole and continue to bless us with the amazing gifts and abundance.

I would like you to breathe in the love from the whole group, the whole hill. Breathe in, feel all the love, and when you exhale, send it down into the earth. Send it down to the earth. Once more, breathe in the love from our gathering of souls. Exhale. I bless the earth with my love.

Next, think about all the people on this planet who are suffering right now, suffering in war, suffering with hunger, suffering with loneliness, suffering with fear, suffering alone in hospitals, maybe people you know. Feel the suffering, the tears of the planet. Breathe in the love from our group. Breathe it in. Exhale. I bless the suffering with my love. Again. Breathe in the love from the group. I bless the suffering with my love. May all suffering cease.

Next, think about all those who are sick or forgotten or alone or homeless or hopeless on this planet, so many people who will not experience the preciousness of the love we are experiencing right now. Let us send them blessings so that for a moment they feel something, some love, a wisp of wind come by them, a smile from somewhere deep inside. Breathe in all of our love. Exhale and imagine all those beings who are suffering, alone, hopeless. I bless the hopeless with my love.

Next, think of all the light workers, all the people who are there bringing and raising the vibration of the planet with sacrifice, with devotion, wherever they are, whether they do it through religion or education or politics, all the light workers, the invisible ones who are working on the planet.

And you know they’re there, you see them, you wish them well. Breathe in the love and exhale. With my love, I bless the light workers on this planet including Harv Eker, the wonderful, great incarnated soul, warrior soul, and yourself as a light worker.

Next, think of all the teachers, all your teachers, your gurus, your parents, your friends, your partners, your karmic teachers, those you haven’t forgiven, those you admire, those you’ve already heard this weekend, those yet to see, all the teachers who are standing in the front lines of bringing the light onto the planet. Breathe in our love. With my love, I bless the teachers. May their work be supported with light.

And finally, think about all the people who have loved you, all the people who have stood by you, all those who have made you smile, touched you, held you even for a moment, including all the invisible beings who have protected you from calamity, all your guides, watchers, healers, they are with you right now.

Feel their embrace kissing you with the wind. Breathe in the love from all of us. I bless those who have loved me, and I send them my love. Once more, breathe in all of our love. Breathe it in, and let's send it out once more to the whole planet. Imagine bathing the planet in purple healing light. I am a part of the healing of this planet. I am a part of the love. I am a part of the ascension.
